The main components of “E-democracy”project:

- Smart web informative portal - that’s a convenient and intuitive content management system which provides fast and effective use of website information. Our experts create an electronic online portal based on “Smart Web” system which corresponds all the requirements of Lithuanian Government portals, is adapted of disabled users and includes several languages.

- Electronic voting system – an opportunity to install modern and convenient municipality council hall equipment, debate management system, voting system, and equipment of broadcasting sessions online. JSC “Idamas” together with partners can offer innovative and effective equipment. The proposed solution is already installed more than in ten municipalities and other government organizations.

- WebPartner information system – provides the opportunity to develop, manage, and publicize the draft legislation through publication of the Council’s decisions with the help of “Document management” subsystem. The “Session management” subsystem’s supports the publication function of organization’s meetings, sessions and voting results in the electronic environment.

The updates of the project

JSC “Idamas” offer also includes these modules updates:

- “Urban problems” – GIS (Geographic information system) based database for the registration of issues, provides a fully-fledged electronic service to residents.

- “GIS voting” – gives the opportunity to see, sort and make orders for sending  draft legislation, voting results  by e-mail, sorting ordered information by the geographic, age, gender and other criterion.

- Service for interesants – it allows interesants to book a time for visit to the institution’s expert by using personalized “Resident Account” help.
